The apartment had a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, making cooking and cleaning a breeze. It was like having my own personal chef and maid rolled into one!

Location: the hotel was close to the city centre and local activities and the shops and beach.

The room was brand-new and neat with all amenities, we stayed in all day. The hotel's location was good close enough to do a short walk to Cav mall.

The staff was super-friendly and outstandingly accommodating, I stayed for 2 nights. The apartment didn't seem appealing on photos but it was tidy on level 8. I had an electric kettle, a dishwasher, and a fridge: )

Inadequate Milk Supply: The only minor issue I encountered was the skimpy milk supply.

Great food selection. New-fashioned, well-appointed room with washing machine and separate bathroom, as example! The location is IDEAL, and the staff is very pleasant. 16 miles away from Gold Coast airport.

The staff was excellent and amicable, everything was good. The room was well-appointed and large, had an exceptionally comfortable bed. The bathroom was impeccably clean, with a shower, hair dryers, and toiletries.

Every time we stay in Gold Coast, like to stay here. Seems like a lovely hotel, managed by a helpful staff. The room is neat and reasonably large with great views, everything is fantastic. The location is quiet, 15 minutes' walk to Skypoint Observation Deck. The property is 15 minutes walk from the bus station.

The room was neat and new-fashioned, which made the experience enjoyable. The location in a nice quiet area was particularly good and stunning and there were shopping centers and a supermarket nearby.

Enjoyed the free WiFi, especially when I needed to Google nearby restaurants to avoid the questionable hotel food. The garden terrace was a lovely spot to escape from my fellow guests.

Who needs pets or service animals when you can have a whole garden of bugs and critters in your room? Lovely touch, really.

The staff went above and beyond to provide exceptional service, even during off-hours. The room was spotless and had breathtaking views from the terrace. The gym, BBQ area, seating, and spa added an extra level of luxury. The secure car parking made our stay worry-free. The location was unbeatable, right in the heart of Surfers Paradise, and the beach and pool were just steps away. The owner was extremely responsive to any inquiries we had. our stay was mind-blowing, with outstanding facilities and a quiet, peaceful atmosphere.
